  What is your production time?
   7-10 business days. If you are requesting a proof, then we will count 7-10 business days                  after you approved it.

 I want to put our logo on the pens but we do not have camera ready art?
  Just send your logo to us and we will vectorize the art for a charge of $20.

  Do you charge a set-up fee?
   No set-up charges on all items.

  What’s the minimum quantity?
   Most pens even the cheaper ones are 250 minimum.
   It works like this, the more expensive they are, the less minimum you have to purchase.

  Do you accept orders for shipment outside the USA?
   Yes, but shipping charges will be more, please contact us before ordering, to check
   the shipping price.
